Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or computer science.
• Foundational understanding of accounting, journal entries, statements, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data and systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and interest in automation, scripting, or AI.
• Clear written and verbal communication, initiative and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate inventory accounting processes within Oracle C3, UiPath, and Excel.
• Identify manual pain points and opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Build or improve tools, reconciliations, reports, and workflows.
• Translate accounting needs into IT requirements and coordinate testing.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and close activities.
• Document processes and controls for cross‑team usability.
