Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in finance or computer science
• Foundational understanding of accounting and finance, demonstrated via education or projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle data flow across systems
• Advanced Excel skills with interest in automation, scripting, data tools, or AI
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-team coordination
• Initiative and follow-through with sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate inventory accounting processes within Oracle C3, UiPath, and Excel.
• Identify recurring manual work, data issues, and opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Build or improve tools, reconciliations, reports, and workflow automations using Excel and scripting.
• Apply AI and automation within policy and accounting controls.
• Translate needs into IT requirements and coordinate testing/implementation timing.
• Review system changes after release and assess fixes in near‑term closes.
• Document processes and controls for reuse across the team.
