Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an Invasive CV Technologist to join the St James Hospital cath lab. The role involves assisting physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures and documenting anatomical and physiological data for interpretation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and procedures.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate with managers, clients, and the public.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule procedures and maintain patient data.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in invasive CV procedures and record relevant data.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies, and patient records.
• Observe radiation safety guidelines and infection control.
• Demonstrate ability to recognize dysrhythmias and hemodynamic data.
• Support chart labeling and charge review, PACS, and network systems.
