Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced Endpoint Management Lead to drive Intune design, deployment, and optimization within a highly regulated environment. You will mentor a team of 3+ technicians, migrate from legacy tools to Intune, and align configurations with Zero Trust and policy requirements.

You will manage complex enrollment, scripting, and Graph API automation, ensuring secure, compliant device management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune administration (compliance policies, config profiles, app deployment, enrollment).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
• Translate legacy client-management baselines and GPOs into modern Intune configuration profiles during large migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows in Intune (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Graph API-driven automation for Intune apps, policies, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Perform advanced root-cause analysis for enrollment failures, conflicts, and deployment errors.
• Leverage Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust to support compliant government environments.
• Develop migration runbooks, rollback procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff on Intune operations.
• Lead and develop a 3+ technician team; conduct performance reviews and career development.
