Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Microsoft Intune expert to drive modern endpoint management in a highly regulated government setting. You will lead migrations from legacy tools to Intune and supervise a small team while aligning configurations with Zero Trust and security baselines.

You will design enrollment workflows, implement device policy baselines, and mentor staff on Intune operations and best practices across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Demonstrated expert hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, and enrollment.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or comparable certification.
• DoD 8140 (8570) compliance at the appropriate IAT/IAM level.
• Experience leading migrations from legacy client-management tools (e.g., SCCM) to Microsoft Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians, including mentoring and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies, including compliance policies and security baselines across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Translate legacy client-management baselines and GPOs into modern Intune profiles during large-scale migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for Intune packaging, policy deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment failures and policy conflicts; serve as escalation point for incidents.
• Apply Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust concepts in a government regulatory environment.
• Develop migration runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead and develop a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews and career plans.
