Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior endpoint management lead to drive the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Intune in a highly regulated government environment.

You will mentor a team of 3+ technicians, manage migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune, and align configurations with Zero Trust, ensuring secure enrollment, policy deployment, and compliance across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies and enrollment.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or comparable certification.
• DoD 8140 compliance at the appropriate IAT/IAM level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Translate legacy baselines into modern Intune configurations during migrations.
• Design and troubleshoot enrollment workflows using Windows Autopilot and zero-touch enrollment.
• Apply scripting and Graph API for automation and reporting.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment or deployment issues; act as escalation point.
• Mentor 3+ technicians and develop career-growth plans.
