Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required and sustained eligibility.
• Hands-on Intune administration with policy, profiles and deployment.
• Certified or equivalent endpoint management credential preferred.
• Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune in enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership experience directing 3+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced Intune policy and baseline management across multiple platforms.
• Translate legacy baselines into modern Intune configurations during migrations.
• Design and deploy enrollment workflows (Autopilot, ADE, zero-touch).
• Automate tasks via Microsoft Graph API for packaging, deployment and reporting.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment and deployment issues.
• Mentor staff and develop runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
