Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a senior endpoint management professional to lead Intune deployment and migration efforts. You will oversee 3+ technicians, shape device-enrollment strategies, and ensure compliance with Zero Trust in a regulated government environment.

The role requires hands-on Intune expertise, DoD 8140 alignment, and experience migrating from SCCM to Intune in large-scale enterprise settings.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune including policies, profiles, app deployment and enrollment.
DoD 8140 compliance at appropriate IAT/IAM level.
Experience migrating from legacy client-management tools (SCCM) to Intune.
Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians, with mentoring and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
Translate legacy baselines into modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
Apply Graph API-driven automation for Intune packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment failures and policy conflicts.
Mentor staff and develop runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
