Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a Globus Medical subsidiary, seeks a Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery. You’ll work with top surgeons, monitor the nervous system, and support innovation while in a field-based role.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) with CNIM, strong English communication, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Full training provided and ongoing professional development offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with no experience.
• CNIM certification required.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and anatomy/physiology.
• OR experience preferred.
• Strong time management, organization, and ability to handle scheduling changes.
• Excellent communication in English with surgeons and staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Eligible for hospital privileges and medical malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during surgery.
• Communicate monitoring data to the surgeon and team in real time.
• Prepare IOM logs and documentation accurately.
• Maintain and troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment.
• Support ongoing NuVasive technological innovations.
