Job summary

Globus Medical in Utah seeks a Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgeries with top surgeons and a focus on patient care. You will monitor the patient's nervous system, document IOM data, and support ongoing clinical innovations in a field-based role.

Requires CNIM, knowledge of IONM, OR experience preferred, and ability to travel up to 25%. Training and career development are provided; travel and hospital privileges compliance are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with related experience.
• CNIM certification is required.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or anatomy & physiology preferred.
• Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills; ability to manage changing schedules.
• Effective communication in English with surgeons and staff; team-oriented.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Qualified for hospital privileges and CNIM maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Obtains detailed medical history and consults with surgeon on structures at risk.
• Communicates monitoring information to the surgical team during the case.
• Displays and labels waveforms and calculations per guidelines.
• Identifies protocols and performs troubleshooting for accurate data collection.
• Prepares IOM logs and completes documentation.
• Maintains neuromonitoring equipment and performs maintenance checks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
