Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., seeks a Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring in the OR. You will work with top surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety throughout procedures.

This field-based role includes comprehensive training, ongoing education, and career development opportunities. Travel up to 10% and strict CNIM compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree optional.
• CNIM certification required.
• Knowledge of IONM and anatomy/physiology preferred.
• OR experience a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed medical history and discuss risks with the surgeon.
• Communicate monitoring findings to surgeon and team during cases.
• Display/label waveforms and calculate latencies, amplitudes, conduction times.
• Identify protocols and troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection.
• Complete IOM documentation and upload logs in a timely manner.
• Maintain and check neuromonitoring equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
• Uphold company policies and ethical standards.
