Job summary

The Phoenix Group is seeking an experienced product-minded professional to lead firm-wide intranet improvements with end-to-end ownership from discovery through adoption. You will coordinate IT, content owners, and Infodash/modern intranet vendors to translate needs into measurable outcomes and improve usability and content quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, platform coordination, or digital communications in a professional environment, with demonstrated ability to lead projects independently.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online site administration, page publishing, permissions, and content governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead intranet initiatives using a product management approach, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, and adoption tracking.
• Manage cross-workstreams across platform migrations, feature rollouts, and intranet redesign efforts with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and content owners to deliver platform improvements and governance.
