Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking an execution-focused Lead Product Manager to drive the build and delivery of our next-generation web experience platform for legal professionals. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this leader will own end-to-end product execution while collaborating with two product managers to implement scalable product strategies and workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience leading multi-quarter platform initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency with enterprise content management systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based product development and AI-powered document intelligence.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise integration patterns.
• Comfort operating in high-autonomy environments with strategic direction.
• Experience with agile methodologies, feature flags, A/B testing, and data instrumentation.
• Regulated industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute full product delivery lifecycle for our web experience platform.
• Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews and rapid experimentation.
