Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with intranet platforms, publishing workflows.
• Ability to refine custom web pages using HTML/CSS, with JavaScript familiarity.
• Demonstrated ability to run website audits and translate findings into improvements.
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG 2.1 AA).

Responsibilities

• Monitor intranet content for timeliness and accuracy.
• Support intranet configuration, navigation, and permissions.
• Coach content owners on publishing best practices and governance.
• Conduct website audits for health, performance, and accessibility.
• Own resolution of website issues and coordination with vendors when needed.
