Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Content Management Specialist in Arlington, VA to maintain and publish digital content across public websites and internal intranets. You will ensure accuracy, accessibility, and branding alignment, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams for timely updates and improved user experience.

The role focuses on Drupal and SharePoint content governance, audits, and cross-functional coordination to deliver engaging content on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience with the listed duties.
• At least 1 year experience with content in Drupal and SharePoint Online.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Publish, update, and manage web and intranet content in Drupal and SharePoint.
• Maintain page accuracy, formatting, and branding compliance (Section 508/WCAG).
• Manage Drupal content types, menus, taxonomies, and basic layouts.
• Maintain SharePoint pages, libraries, lists, and announcements.
• Conduct content audits to identify outdated materials.
• Coordinate with contributors, reviewers, and approvers to keep information current.
• Support content workflows, version control, and governance.
