Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to enhance and maintain our SharePoint intranet environment. You will assess current setup, design an organized, scalable structure, migrate content, and train staff on SharePoint tools.

This role balances technical administration with project management and end-user support. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of SharePoint Online experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience administering, designing, implementing, or supporting SharePoint Online and intranet environments.
• Experience leading or supporting SharePoint migrations, intranet redesigns, or Microsoft 365 adoption projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business admin, communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current SharePoint and intranet environment, including site structure, libraries, permissions, navigation, and UX.
• Develop organized, scalable SharePoint and intranet structures for multiple teams.
• Build and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, metadata, workflows, and templates.
• Migrate content, coordinate with owners, and archive outdated materials.
• Create end-user training materials and quick-reference guides.
• Provide individual and group training to site owners and staff.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and access issues; coordinate with IT teams for advanced support.
