Job summary

Oxford Government Consu in Washington, DC seeks a Consultant—Web Developer to design, develop, modernize, and maintain SharePoint, Internet, and Intranet websites in support of program operations.

You will assess content usability, develop management plans and templates, manage permissions, and ensure accessibility per 508 standards. The role covers SDLC hands-on problem solving, architecture, and integration with Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus four years of relevant experience; three years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and automation suites.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI.
• Experience with SSMS, ADS, TOAD, SSIS, SSRS, Power Automate, and Python.
• Deep understanding of web and site development including architecture and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of information systems architecture, telecommunications, automation, and software lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, develop, modernize, and maintain SharePoint, Internet, and Intranet websites.
• Evaluate content usability, branding, navigation, and standardization; recommend improvements.
• Develop website management plans, templates, and standardized site structures.
• Manage SharePoint user groups, permissions, navigation, content, and site functionality.
• Develop forms, workflows using Power Automate and PowerApps; integrate with SQL and Power BI.
• Code websites and support integration with Microsoft technologies; 508 accessibility compliance.
• Prepare content per accessibility, metadata, and copyright requirements.
• Monitor accessibility, QA, and SEO; troubleshoot and recommend improvements.
• Document technical/admin procedures and transfer maintenance responsibilities.
