Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform specialist in the San Mateo area. You will manage SharePoint Online content, enforce governance, and enhance navigation and accessibility to trusted information across sites.

You will design simple AI‑driven solutions, automate workflows with Power Apps/Automate, and build Power BI dashboards to monitor site usage, adoption, and performance for enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online content management and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Forms a plus.
• Understanding of permissions, security, and governance models.
• Experience with reporting/analytics for content usage and site performance.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online content including pages, libraries, lists, metadata, and site structure.
• Ensure content governance by aligning templates, metadata, and structure with enterprise standards.
• Improve content quality, navigation, and discoverability to reduce duplication.
• Manage SharePoint permissions, access controls, and site security per policies.
• Design, develop, and maintain simple business solutions using Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Integrate forms and workflows with SharePoint to support approvals, notifications, and data capture.
• Build lightweight automation to improve process efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor site usage and adoption trends.
