Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Technical Manager for Enterprise Employee Communications to define intranet strategy, govern SharePoint sites, and manage email analytics (PoliteMail). You will lead a team of employees and contractors, coordinate governance with IT, and partner with stakeholders to implement AI-enabled intranet improvements.

The role requires deep SharePoint experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years employee management experience.
• 3+ years knowledge of email analytics solutions (PoliteMail is a plus).
• 3+ years in-depth, technical knowledge of SharePoint web parts, lists, permissions, and workflows.
• 2+ years in training experience.
• Excellent communications skills.
• AI literacy for responsible use of AI tools.
• Knowledge of HTML and web technologies; SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Define intranet governance and strategy; lead steering committee and partner with IT.
• Manage team members and contractors; align goals and budgets.
• Set team priorities, track metrics on usage, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Oversee processes, templates, and tools for site requests and stakeholders.
• Support key stakeholder intranet projects; create specs and manage timelines.
• Communicate technical intranet features and strategies.
• Explore new tools/AI capabilities for intranet content discovery and support.
• Provide stakeholder training materials and monthly communications.
