Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Interest in internal communications, knowledge management, digital content, or employee experience.
• Experience with content management, intranet administration, or knowledge management is a plus.
• College student or recent graduate with GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining intranet content and the ServiceNow Employee Center.
• Draft, edit, format, and review knowledge articles for clarity and consistency.
• Support content audits, metadata, and publishing workflows.
• Create announcements, tips, FAQs, and training materials.
• Support onboarding, sessions, and an organized resource library.
• Attend meetings, document actions, and assist with project tracking.
