Job summary

Royal Credit Union is seeking an Internal Communication Intern located in Eau Claire, WI. The role focuses on writing and editing internal content, producing videos and graphics, and supporting organization-wide communications.

You will collaborate with the Internal Communications Strategist, manage multimedia assets, and ensure content aligns with the company’s culture while working onsite during the school year.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a University or Technical College throughout the length of the internship.
• Pursuing a degree in Communication, Multimedia Development, or related field.
• Experience with videography and video production.
• Experience with Canva and Filmora Wondershare.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and edit internal communications that are clear and aligned with Royal’s culture and style guide.
• Create multimedia content including photography, videography, audio, and graphics for internal platforms.
• Coordinate multimedia project logistics such as scheduling shoots and managing timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams on storyboards and communication strategies.
