Job summary

• Ability to compile, organize and present information clearly and concisely.
• Experience in content design: storyboarding eLearning, job aids, and performance-support scope.
• Excellent writing in Navy Federal style and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or in a team.
• Experience in cross-functional, multi-dimensional projects.
• Ability to research, document data, and analyze processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, timelines, and budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate to align with departmental efforts and project goals.
• Lead research and preparation of reference material.
• Support content design: storyboard eLearning content, job aids, and performance analysis.
• Manage projects from inception through implementation.
• Identify and resolve technical, tactical, and operational risks.
• Interview owners to determine objectives and needs for intranet resources.
• Maintain documentation library for currency of processes.
• Provide user training on electronic manuals and reference material.
• Review content requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and branding.
