Job summary

The role focuses on turning internal communications and learning priorities into accessible digital content and AI-enabled resources. You will manage content governance, guide AI tool information, and oversee campaigns and training materials.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in intranet management, digital communications, or knowledge management.
• Experience owning a digital content program with governance and UX focus.
• Strong writing and editorial skills, able to simplify complex information.
• Experience using analytics/feedback to improve digital content or services.
• Ability to lead projects independently and build cross-functional relationships.
• Interest in AI, legal technology, and organizational change; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Own the intranet content roadmap and prioritize improvements by user needs and data.
• Establish content governance, page ownership, publishing standards, and reviews.
• Lead organization and presentation of AI guidance, training resources, and tool info.
• Manage day-to-day intranet publishing and coordinate contributions from owners.
• Partner with IT on intranet functionality, search, accessibility, and UX improvements.
• Deliver AI-specific communications, campaigns, and learning resources via intranet.
• Measure usage, gather feedback, and recommend progress improvements.
• Manage intranet projects from requirements through launch with deadlines and testing.
