Job summary

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking an AI Transformation Specialist in Nashville to craft client-facing communications about the firm’s AI capabilities and strategy. You will coordinate messaging, respond to inquiries, and support RFPs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in external communications.

You will work with the AI Transformation team and Marketing to translate strategy into credible, audience-appropriate content and to support pitches, presentations, and thought leadership

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of client communications, engagement, or related operational support.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with clear explanations.
• Experience using analytics to improve digital content or services.
• Ability to lead projects independently and coordinate across functions.
• Interest in AI, legal technology, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate clear, tailored client-facing responses with Subject Matter Experts.
• Develop and maintain a library of approved AI messaging and responses.
• Own the AI Transformation team's process for client inquiries and due diligence responses.
• Translate evolving AI strategy into credible external messaging.
• Partner with Marketing and BD on AI pitches, client presentations, and events.
• Track AI projects for clients and report progress and learnings.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and maintain stakeholder relationships.
