• Order Processing: issue order acknowledgements and track shipments.
• Vendor Management: match invoices with POs and forward for approval.
• Invoicing: track monthly billing and process paperwork for customers.
• Sales Reporting: complete internal accounting paperwork and assist auditors.
• File maintenance and records organization.
