Job summary

Parasail is building AI infrastructure and seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to own interview scheduling and optimize candidate experience. You’ll work with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to calendar interviews, handle logistics, and keep everyone ready and informed.

You’ll greet onsite candidates, coordinate travel when needed, and ensure smooth transitions from one stage to the next, contributing to a thoughtful, well-organized hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules, events, or other work with multiple moving parts.
• Strong attention to detail, spotting missing information and tracking requests.
• Clear, warm communication and a willingness to help people feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling, gather availability, coordinate calendars across time zones, and manage changes.
• Make candidates feel welcome with clear agendas, friendly contact, and onsite greeting.
• Handle logistics including meeting rooms, video links, and travel reimbursements when needed.
• Keep candidates and interviewers informed with timely updates and changes.
• Keep things moving by anticipating conflicts and coordinating next steps and debriefs.
• Maintain accurate interview schedules and candidate stages in Ashby, plus recruiting admin tasks.
