Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones with candidates, interviewers, and managers.
• Serve as primary candidate point of contact, guiding expectations and building trust.
• Collaborate with recruiters and teams to manage workflows and troubleshoot roadblocks.
• Leverage AI recruiting tools to streamline tasks and improve data accuracy.
• Create and maintain scheduling procedures and train new team members.
