Job summary

Amazon in Seattle seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview scheduling for a fast-paced recruiting team, coordinating candidates, interviewers, and travel when needed.

The role requires on-site work at SEA23, with Mon-Fri shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm. You will maintain accurate records, generate reports on interview metrics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and debrief events.
• Working directly with candidates, hiring managers, business stakeholders and in some cases arranging travel for candidates located outside of the city of the role, if required.
• Partner with Recruiters on SLAs to respond successfully to business demands.
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on interview status.
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, automation and scheduling efficiency.
• To provide training/onboarding support to new peers in the role.
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
