Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Playa Vista, CA to own interview scheduling end-to-end, host candidates on-site, and support recruiting events. The role is a contract with a strong path to full-time, with ITAR requirements and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting a high-volume recruiting organization in a fast-growing startup.
• Strong experience with ATS workflows, data hygiene, and system administration.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with complex scheduling.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and improve processes.
• Must meet ITAR (U.S. person) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple recruiters and roles.
• Host candidates on-site and provide facility tours to leave a strong impression.
• Coordinate candidate travel and onsite logistics and expenses.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate and interviewer experience.
