Job summary

COH Holdings is seeking a Candidate Assessment Specialist to support fair and consistent interview processes across multiple locations. You will collaborate with leaders to ensure objective, evidence-based hiring decisions and maintain high interview standards.

You will attend in-person and virtual interviews, serve as a neutral partner, and help managers refine their questioning and assessment techniques. The role requires travel between White Pine/Gracewood sites and adherence to approved

Qualifications

• Experience participating in interviews, leadership, or recruiting.
• Strong observational and communication skills for documenting findings.
• Ability to remain neutral and objective during assessments.
• Familiarity with approved interview questions and scoring criteria.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person and virtual interviews as assigned across locations.
• Serve as a second interviewer alongside the hiring leader.
• Provide objective post-interview feedback to managers.
• Document observations clearly and objectively using approved forms.
• Travel regularly to White Pine/Gracewood locations for interviews.
