Job summary

Knowledge Services’ Corporate Headquarters is seeking a contract, full-time Assessment Interviewer to conduct surveys via phone and in-person, including travel to homes and facilities. The role supports a Wisconsin State contract to report on aging and disabled citizens.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with final rate determined by qualifications and experience. The assignment lasts about 6 months, with training and travel per diem covered; multiple locations may be involved in conducting

Responsibilities

• Make phone calls to complete surveys and facilitate in-person appointments
• Provide timely reporting of data and ensure privacy agreements are followed
• Maintain data integrity and accurate reporting for the program
• Provide proactive status updates to the Project Coordinator
• Deliver excellent customer service to participants
• Conduct interviews professionally, courteously, and timely
• Fulfill interviewing requirements by visiting locations and delivering data on time
