Qualifications

• Enrollment at a college or university during the internship.
• Major in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Interest in assessment science and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job analyses to identify critical competencies.
• Assist in development of written, oral, and practical assessments.
• Support test administration logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
• Assist in moving PAPD Police Officer candidates through selection/testing phases.
• Perform descriptive and basic statistical analyses on applicant progress and recruitment outcomes.
• Contribute to assessment reports and recruitment metrics.
