Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; background in interviewing or healthcare preferred.
• Experience participating in interviews or recruiting.
• Strong observational, listening, critical-thinking, and follow-up questioning skills.
• Ability to travel between locations and maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support interview process by maintaining consistent, objective assessments.
• Attend in-person and virtual interviews across locations.
• Observe verbal and nonverbal cues and document observations.
• Provide feedback to managers and suggest follow-up questions.
• Maintain approved interview materials and documentation.
• Travel regularly to all White Pine/Gracewood communities.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and leadership discussions.
