Job summary

Regional School Unit 40 in Maine seeks an Interventionist Educational Technician III to support students in small groups or one-on-one, reinforce instruction, implement targeted intervention plans, and collect progress data. Must hold valid and current CHRC.

Qualifications

Valid and current CHRC.
Experience providing instructional support in small groups or one-on-one.
Ability to implement intervention plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

Provide instructional, intervention and assessment support to individuals or small groups.
Deliver specialized, pre-planned interventions to students outside or within the classroom.
Support accommodations and/or modifications for learners.
Review and reinforce previously taught content.
Monitor progress and collect data for PLP updates.
Implement behavioral plans and maintain a safe learning environment.
Collaborate with MTSS team to plan interventions.
Participate in training and professional development.
Assist with recess, lunch, dismissal and arrival duties.
Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
