Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks an Interventional Technician to assist in delivering TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine therapies. Float primary in multiple mid-region clinics across Massachusetts, supporting providers with compassionate patient care and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include setting up devices, monitoring sessions, taking vitals, entering data, and ensuring safety with PPE. Strong communication and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of medical office experience preferred.
• CPR Certification required (or willing to obtain).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up the TMS device and monitor treatment sessions for patient comfort and accuracy.
• Take vitals during Esketamine treatments and monitor for side effects.
• Enter patient information and record session notes and superbill by end of day.
• Provide compassionate, reflective listening and build rapport with patients.
• Administer psychiatric rating scales and document outcomes.
• Schedule and maintain patient appointments for all services offered.
