Job summary

Rekindle Health in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a compassionate PMHNP to lead daily clinical care in collaboration with our Medical Director. This on-site role delivers interventional psychiatry treatments, including TMS and IV ketamine, within a high-touch, patient-centered model.

You will build strong patient relationships, monitor treatment progress, adjust medications, and coordinate with outside therapists and referring providers as the program grows.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• Current PMHNP certification.
• Massachusetts RN license and advanced practice authorization, or eligibility.
• Massachusetts prescriptive authority, MCSR, and DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Experience evaluating and treating adults with mood disorders.
• Strong psychiatric assessment, medication-management, and documentation skills.
• Experience assessing suicide risk and managing safety concerns.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day clinician for patients, under Medical Director oversight.
• Deliver and manage TMS treatment sessions with monitoring and adjustments.
• Provide interventional treatments such as IV ketamine as added to the program.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications within PMHNP scope.
• Develop a strong longitudinal relationship with each patient and monitor progress.
• Coordinate care with outside therapists and referring providers, with thorough documentation.
• Support patients with lifestyle and behavioral strategies to aid recovery.
