Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative for Interventional Spine to manage a defined territory and drive growth.

You will support physicians and healthcare providers with spine solutions, lead product evaluations, and coordinate field activities across operating rooms and ambulatory centers, delivering consultative sales and clinical support. This role offers uncapped commission and cross-functional collaboration to influence purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations in clinical environments.
• Experience in sales with physicians, hospitals, or ambulatory centers is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within a geographic territory to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, admins, and staff to drive growth.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in ORs and clinics.
• Educate customers on product features, applications, and economic considerations.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans.
• Monitor territory performance and provide updates to leadership.
