Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Connecticut seeks a field-based Sales Representative for Interventional Spine to promote and sell products in a geographic territory, support clinical procedures, and partner with physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory centers.

You will build relationships, conduct product evaluations, educate on features and economic considerations, and develop territory plans to grow market share. This role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare or equivalent high-performance environment.
• Ability to travel throughout territory and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within a geographic territory to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, admins, and clinical staff to grow accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in ORs, procedure suites, and ambulatory centers.
