Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technician to support physicians in a busy radiology suite. You will prepare the patient and room, stock trays, and assist during procedures while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of radiology experience, ARRT certification, and proficient computer skills. A strong focus on CQI and inventory control is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Advanced degrees preferred.
• Current ARRT Certification and/or State Licensure required; IR cert preferred.
• 4–6 years of related interventional radiology experience desirable; 1 year with ARRT acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and room for interventional radiology procedures per policy and regs.
• Set up stocks for each procedure and assist physician during interventions.
• Maintain sterile techniques, HIPAA compliance, and equipment readiness.
• Monitor radiation safety, inventory, and transport patients as needed.
