Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America seeks an experienced Interventional Radiology Assistant to support physicians and ensure high-quality patient care. You will prepare rooms, assist with procedures, and manage supplies while maintaining sterile technique and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience with interventional radiology equipment and sterile technique.
• Knowledge of patient data entry and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and procedure room for radiology procedures per policy.
• Set up and stock procedure rooms with supplies and equipment.
• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures under sterile conditions.
• Maintain patient records and monitor inventory and supplies.
