Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced degrees preferred.
• ARRT license or state licensure required per state rules.
• Interventional radiology certificate preferred; ARRT experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and procedure room according to policies and regulations.
• Review procedure orders to determine needed supplies.
• Stock procedure rooms and clean after procedures.
• Assist physician during interventional procedures with sterile technique.
• Position patients, transfer and transport as required.
• Input patient data into C-Arm and maintain records.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; monitor QA and CQI goals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety policies.
