Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking an Interventional Technologist to deliver safe, high‑quality imaging care across vascular, non-vascular, and neurointerventional procedures. You will work in a team‑oriented environment with rotating call, ensuring patient safety and high standards of care.

Requirements include an associate degree in radiologic technology, ARRT registration within 90 days, and Maryland/Virginia state licensure as applicable. A 10,000 USD sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology required; or a qualifying diploma/certificate.
• ARRT registration within 90 days of hire; state licensure as required.
• Prior VIR/NIR or cardiac cath lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular, non-vascular, and/or neurointerventional procedures under supervision.
• Maintain patient safety, administer contrast media per policy, and monitor physiologic status.
• Scrub or circulate as needed and ensure sterile technique.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training activities.
• Document care in EHR and prepare images for PACS delivery.
