Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking an experienced radiology technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across Angiography, Interventional Radiology, and Diagnostic Radiology under moderate supervision.

You will assist physicians during interventional procedures, communicate preparation details to patients and families, and uphold safety, regulatory, and quality standards while maintaining current ARRT certification and Maryland licensure.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant imaging experience.
• Active ARRT Certification required.
• Active Maryland State License required.
• Current American Heart Association CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in Angiography, IR, and Diagnostic Radiology settings.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Communicate procedure details, preparation requirements, and expectations to patients and families.

Job description

Under moderate supervision, performs a range of diagnostic imaging procedures across Angiography, Interventional Radiology, and Diagnostic Radiology. Partners with physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions while ensuring patients and families are clearly informed about procedures and special requirements.

Interventional Radiology procedures: Central venous access and vascular access line placements (PICC lines, ports, tunneled catheters, dialysis access interventions) Image-guided drain placements (abscess drains, biliary drains, nephrostomy tubes, pleural and peritoneal drains) Image-guided biopsies (liver, kidney, lung, lymph node, soft tissue) and more
