Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist to support the Heart & Vascular Institute in the Chattanooga area. The role involves assisting physicians during invasive cardiology/radiology studies and delivering compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities include administering contrast, maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring accurate documentation. On-call duties and variable shifts may be required to meet department needs.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or Certificate of Completion in Radiologic Technology.
Registered in Radiography (R) by ARRT.
ACLS certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Administers contrast as requested by physician.
Under supervision of a physicist or dosimetrist.
Maintains sterile field and assists with procedures.
Performs essential radiologic technologist functions and on-call duties.
