Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and operational support for coordinating patient care in Interventional Psychiatry.
• Oversee operations, workflows, and service delivery of the program.
• Manage front-end revenue cycle tasks, scheduling, referrals, and prior authorization initiation.
• Draft patient brochures and education materials with Practice Manager.
• Counsel patients on treatment and consent forms; update clinical records.
• Coordinate communication with research, clinical staff and laboratories on consent and enrollment.
• Support development and execution of projects to improve patient satisfaction and workflow efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for operational issues within the program.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for clinical and administrative stakeholders.
