Qualifications

• Approximately three years of related experience.
• Experience with an electronic medical record (eMR) system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Interventional Psychiatry operations, workflows, and service delivery.
• Manage scheduling, referrals, and prior authorization processes.
• Draft patient education materials with Practice Manager.
• Counsel patients on treatment and consent forms; update clinical records.
• Coordinate with research and clinical staff on enrollment and consent.
• Develop and execute operational projects to improve patient satisfaction and efficiency.
• Be the program's subject-matter expert for operational issues.
