Work across Mesa and Phoenix locations with on-call coverage as needed. Prior mental health experience and bilingual Spanish are assets; on-site, non-benefits-eligible position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Healthcare/psychology background preferred; mental health setting desirable.
• Excellent communication and documentation accuracy.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Behavior Technician Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and Spravato treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patients during and after treatment for safety and side effects.
• Document treatment sessions in the EHR system.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
