Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks an Interventional Psychiatry Support Specialist (Medical Assistant). You will administer Spravato/TMS, document outcomes, schedule patients, and support intake while maintaining HIPAA and high care standards.

You will collaborate with providers, coordinate treatment across sites, and deliver compassionate care to clients with depression and anxiety in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical discipline or related field.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spravato and/or TMS treatments following physician protocols.
• Perform psychiatric rating scales and document outcomes.
• Schedule and manage client appointments, adapting to needs.
• Assist with client intake, vitals, care coordination, and insurance verification.
• Record session notes and complete superbill documentation promptly.
• Provide compassionate support to clients with depression and related disorders.
