Job summary

AdventHealth in East Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to contribute to comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, with a preference for those with endoscopy hospital setting exposure. Sign-on and relocation support are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred.
• Active RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely following orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and maintain effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, care, and outcomes.
