Job summary

The University of Washington Medical Center is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to manage Interventional Cardiology program operations across four sites. You will use independent judgment and leadership to support faculty, staff, and fellows, ensuring compliance with UW rules and sponsor requirements.

You will oversee contracts, events, space management, budgets, and complex scheduling, coordinating with vendors, clinicians, and departments to facilitate academic clinical activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and establish vendor service contracts, NDAs, and MOUs with UW organizations.
• Plan and execute educational, clinical and other contracts, including events and privileges for visiting faculty.
• Create event budgets, monitor expenditures, and oversee invoicing.
• Coordinate observational and exempt privileges for visiting physicians and manage space and IT needs.
• Maintain complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings for ICARD faculty.
